Headmasters will be sanctioned- Okudjeto The Deputy Minister of Education, Samuel Okudjeto Ablakwa, has indicated that the ministry of education would sanction headmasters who charge unapproved fees. According to him, some of the headmasters deliberately flout the directive of the ministry. He said “We had some headmasters deliberately flouting the directive. The names have been taken, and they are going through the disciplinary process. I can assure you that they will be sanctioned. There is no doubt at all. We have also said that sanctions will not be enough and that the extra fees, the extra charges must be deducted from the fees of the next term”. He expressed dismayed at the way some of the heads of schools charge extra fee from students.
