Father, student granted bail over incest and abduction A 40-year old driver Edem Fedeluy who is accused of impregnating his 17- year- old daughter at Adenta, Accra on Tuesday appeared before an Accra Circuit Court. Fedeluy charged with incest pleaded not guilty, but the court presided over by Ms Sedina Agbemava admitted him to GH₵ 10,000 bail with four sureties. Alex Nyarko, a student who is accused of abducting the victim, has also pleaded not guilty and was also admitted to bail in the sum of GH₵ 2,000 with two sureties. The accused persons are expected to reappear on September 17. Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Adiza Suleman told the court that the complainant has dropped out of school.On August 10, Fedeluy reported to the Police that the victim was missing and the following day led the Police to Nyarko’s house, who had abducted her for four days.
